Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

1. Introduction

Wix Monster respects the privacy of everyone who uses our platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have over it. Using the service constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect your email address when you register, along with the data related to the AI visibility audits you run — your business name, your domain, the competitors you name and the audit results. We also automatically collect technical and analytics information as you use the service, including IP address, browser type and operating system, the pages you visited, and usage data. This data is stored on your account and used to deliver and improve the service.

3. How we use it

We use this information to run your AI visibility audits, to keep your audit history, to link your account to the plan you purchased, to contact you about the service, and to improve the product. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Processing by AI engines

To produce your report we send questions to third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Perplexity). Those questions are built from the business details you supply — your business name, domain, category and market. We do not send those providers your email address or any payment details. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics to operate the service, remember your preferences (including your language and theme) and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the service may then stop working correctly.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the platform — hosting, payments (Wix), analytics and the AI providers named above — who act on our instructions and are bound to confidentiality, and where we are required to by law or court order.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage in transit and at rest, and limiting access to authorised personnel. No security method is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

9. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive your data in a portable format. Our legal bases for processing are the performance of our contract with you (delivering the audit you purchased), your consent (analytics cookies), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service). To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. International transfers

We operate from Israel and the Czech Republic, and our providers (hosting, payments and the AI engines) may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for Israel and on Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.

11. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion, and to correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. Children's privacy

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change accordingly. Continuing to use the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
